When you submit the contact form on this site, you may provide the following:
This site does not currently use analytics platforms, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such tools are activated.
The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to my email inbox. Formspree temporarily processes your submission data as part of this delivery process and is governed by their own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Your information is received and held within my email inbox and/or a contacts spreadsheet. It is not automatically entered into any additional third-party system, database, or CRM without your knowledge.

Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires that marketing emails are sent only with your express or implied consent. By submitting the contact form and initiating a business conversation, you provide implied consent to receive follow-up communications related to that conversation and ToshTech Consulting's services.
If ToshTech Consulting introduces a newsletter or broader email marketing program in the future, express opt-in consent will be sought separately before you are added to any such list.
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time by replying to any email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line, or by emailing directly. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before the withdrawal.
Inquiry and correspondence records are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary for business purposes. Typically for the duration of any engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with standard business practice and applicable law. If no engagement results from an inquiry, contact records may be retained for up to two years before being deleted.
You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 08).
WHC (Web Hosting Canada) — This site is hosted by WHC. As the hosting provider, WHC may have incidental access to server-level data such as IP address logs, consistent with standard web hosting operations. WHC's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
Formspree — Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, organization, area of interest, and message are transmitted to Formspree's servers for delivery to my inbox. Formspree is based in the United States. By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your information will be processed by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Calendly — This site includes a link to book a consultation via Calendly (calendly.com). If you choose to book a meeting, Calendly will collect your name, email address, and scheduling information directly. Calendly is a separate service operated by Calendly LLC and is subject to their own privacy policy at calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice. ToshTech Consulting receives your booking details to prepare for and conduct the consultation.
Google Fonts — Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to render this site's typography. This may result in Google receiving your IP address as part of that request. No personal information submitted through this site is shared with Google for this purpose.
No advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools are currently active on this site.
