My work spans agricultural cooperatives, government-funded programs, engineering and R&D, and non-profits. The common thread: organizations where IT had been underinvested, undermanaged, or misaligned, and where getting it right had real consequences.

I've done work most IT leaders never get near. At Applied Visual Sciences, I led the engineering teams that built the world's first microscopy-based TB detection system and completed clinical trials on four continents. That work produced 2 named patents and contributions to 6 additional patent awards. Not your typical IT background. That's exactly the point.
